Fue abogado en la Contraloría General de la República y actualmente ejerce como litigante y consultor en Derecho Público, especialmente en temas de Hacienda Pública, Regulación y Competencia, Contratos, Concesiones y Procedimientos Sancionadores. Se desempeña como docente en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Costa Rica y en el Instituto Centroamericano de Administración Pública.
Education and Biography
TRAINING
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
APPROACH
Over the years, David learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.

With more than 25 years of experience, David deals with all work relating to the breakdown of relationships and the division of the relationship finances.
