Abogada y Notaria Pública. Combina su práctica en notarial, civil y litigio contencioso administrativo. Juntamente con el socio Esquivel Quirós, ha coayudado en la asesoría legal en Derecho Administrativo y Marítimo Portuario por haber trabajado en el Instituto Costarricense de Puertos del Pacífico, también está muy familiarizada con procedimientos administrativos sancionadores y regulación de empleo público, logrando cultivar un balance interesante entre estas ramas del derecho.

TRAINING
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
APPROACH
Over the years, David learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.

With more than 25 years of experience, David deals with all work relating to the breakdown of relationships and the division of the relationship finances.
